ВІТАЄМО КОЛЕКТИВ АНТИМОНОПОЛЬНОГО КОМІТЕТУ УКРАЇНИ ІЗ ЦІЄЮ ДАТОЮ ТА ЗИЧИМО НАСНАГИ І ЗВИТЯГИ У ЇХ НЕВТОМНІЙ ПРАЦІ НА БЛАГО УКРАЇНИ!

Сьогодні, 23 листопада 2018 року, Антимонопольний комітет України святкує 25 річницю з дня створення.
Юрій Терентьєв, Голова АМКУ, щиро привітав всіх співробітників на урочистому заході та подякував кожному за сумлінну працю та відданість справі. Він також наголосив, що робота АМКУ спрямована на виконання зобов’язань України згідно з Угодою про асоціацію з ЄС, зокрема у тому, що стосується впровадження механізму моніторингу та контролю державної допомоги.
Варто відзначити, що за ці роки АМКУ зайняв достойне місце поряд із відомствами з питань конкуренції інших країн Європи та світу.
Наразі, Комітет не лише переймає дорогоцінний досвід міжнародних партнерів, одним з яких є Європейський Союз, представлений в АМКУ Проектом технічної підтримки «Підтримка АМКУ у впровадженні правил державної допомоги в Україні», але вже може поділитися і своїми напрацюваннями, що є доволі позитивним сигналом, зазначив пан Терентьєв.
Разом з Головою АМКУ учасників заходу привітали представники Адміністрації Президента України, Кабінету Міністрів України, міністерств та органів влади.
Президент України Петро Порошенко надіслав вітального листа, в якому висловив вдячність та найкращі побажання всім працівникам АМКУ.
З вітальною промовою виступив перший Голова АМКУ, Завада Олександр Леонідович, який обіймав посаду керівника АМКУ з моменту створення, 1992 рік, по 2001 рік.
Також відео привітання надійшли від колег з інших країн: Фредерік Жені, Голова Комітету з питань конкурентної політики та законодавства ОЕСР; Андреас Мундт, Президент Федерального управління картелю Німеччини; Шарунас Кесераускас, Голова Комітету з питань конкуренції Республіки Литви та Брюс Хофман, Директор Федерального бюро з питань конкуренції США.
Штефан Сабау, Керівник експертної групи Проекту ЄС привітав АМКУ та віддячив за плідну співпрацю, а також побажав підтримувати та підвищувати рівень для значного покращення процесу впровадження правил державної допомоги в Україні.

Як підкреслив Юрій Терентьєв, 25 років – це досить великий проміжок часу, але АМКУ завжди називають молодим, вочевидь, завдяки молодій енергії та активності його співробітників.

Today, November 23, 2018, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine celebrates its 25th anniversary!!!
Yurii Terentiev, Chairman of the AMCU, congratulated from his heart all the employees at the official meeting and thanked to each of them for the contribution and commitment. He also emphasised that AMCU’s objectives are aimed to contribute to fulfilment of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the EU, in particular, in the field of state aid monitoring and control mechanism implementation.
It is important to underline that after years of work the AMCU reached an equal level among competition authorities of other countries of Europe and world.
At present, the Committee not only adopts an important experience of the international partners, one of which is the European Union, represented at the Committee by the Project of technical assistance «Support to the AMCU for enforcement of State aid rules in Ukraine», but can also share its own achievements, which shows a consistent progress, Mr. Terentiev stated.
Together with the Chairman of the AMCU representatives of the Administration of the President of Ukraine, Cabinet of Ministers, ministries and governmental authorities congratulated the AMCU on this occasion.
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko sent a letter with congratulations and best wishes to all the employees of the AMCU.
First in its history Chairman of the AMCU, Zavada Oleksandr, who occupied a position from the moment of the AMCU establishment, 1993, till the end of 2001 congratulated AMCU’s specialists.
Video congratulations have been sent by the colleagues from other countries: Frederic Jenny, Chairman of OECD Competition Committee; Andreas Mundt, President of Bundeskartellamt; Sarunas Keserauskas, Chairman of the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania and Bruce Hoffman, Director of Federal Bureau of Competition of the USA.
Stefan Sabau, Team Leader of the EU Project congratulated the AMCU as well for the work progress and encouraged the authority to keep up the good work for efficient enforcement of State aid rules in Ukraine.

As Yurii Terentiev mentioned, 25 years is a long enough period of time, but the AMCU is always considered to be “young”, obviously, because of the energy and active participation of its young specialists.
We congratulate all the employees of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine with this anniversary and wish inspiration and bravery in their great contribution for the development of Ukraine!
